How Name Plates are Made (Description of Processes)

Laser Engraved - Name plates are engraved using a laser engraver, creating a two-color name plate.

Plastic: 0.06 inch thick plastic, 28 colors.

Metal: 0 .03 inch thick metal, 18 colors.

 Color Logo (Hot-Stamped): Your logo is stamped onto the surface of a plastic laser engraved name plate—using metal dies, foils, and heat. Up to three colors may be stamped, creating high quality, classic name plates.

Economy (Stock Plastic): Select from three different sizes (2 x 8, 2 x 10, or 2 x 12) and one or two lines of engraving. The predesigned nameplates are engraved on a rotary system, providing a wider selection of material colors and a different set of engraving fonts.

Economy (Stock Metal): Select from two sizes (2 x 8 or 2 x 10) and one or two lines of engraving. The predesigned name plates are engraved on a laser engraving system, providing a wide selection of fonts and metal materials.
